Hall Grove Group Practice is proud to announce Dr Chendoran Kanthi has joined as a new partner as of September 2015.
Dr Kanthi has just qualified as a GP having worked in other surgeries and the local hospitals.
He will be working 4 days a week.
You now have an named allocated GP!
This is a new government initiative. We will try and match your named GP to the person you see most often. You can ask who your named GP by contacting the reception staff. If you would like to have it changed to an alternative GP of your choice please let us know and we will try to assist. The aim is for the named GP to have responsibility for your overall care. However, you can continue to see or contact any GP of your choice within the practice.
Some more about Hall Grove Group practice
We are registering patients that are new to the area and do not have a GP in Welwyn Garden City.
The practice has served Welwyn Garden City since about 1930. The present premises at Hall Grove were originally built in 1970 and completely redesigned and rebuilt in 1992.
The surgery at Parkway has been in existence since 1953 but was expanded to incorporate the whole house in 1977. In 2010 a further extension of Parkway was completed to provide two extra rooms.
Our doctors and nurses do sessions at both Parkway and Hall Grove so you can make an appointment for the same people at either site.
We have always been firmly committed to the National Health Service in the provision of services to our patients. From 1st April 2013 we will be part of the East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group. This will affect the services provided locally. To see what impact this will have a look at their website http://www.enherts.ccg.nhs.uk
