Evening and Weekend Appointments at Spring House Medical Centre

  • Who is this service available for? All Patients registered at Hall Grove Group Practice (Hall Grove and Parkway) will have access to these appointments at Spring House Medical Centre. Please call Hall Grove Group Practice to book the appointment for you.

  • What time are there appointments? Routine GP or nurse appointments are available between 6.30pm - 8.00pm Mondays to Fridays, between 8.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays and from 8.00am to 12.00pm on Sundays.

  • Will they have access to my medical notes? You will be asked for your permission to allow spring house to access your clinical records which the doctor/nurse will require to be able to see you during this appointment. 

  • Where do I need to go? These extra appointments will all be at Spring House Medical Centre (across the road from the UCC - Ascots Lane AL7 4HL). It is only 2 minutes drive from Hall Grove Practice. 

  • How do I Cancel an Appointment? Please call 01707 294354 directly (the Extended Access Hub at Spring House Medical Centre) to cancel your appointment.
