Dear Patients,

From the 27th March 2024 we will be asking all patients to use the new method of ordering your prescriptions.

Options:

1. Download the NHS App
2. Visit: www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
3. Bring to the surgery your prescription slip and tick what you need
4. Write down the prescriptions you need and hand it to the reception team

The Practice preference is using either option 1 or 2. 

Please start using the above method as soon as possible.
